Sunday & Bank Holidays - 8pm-11pm

We are running workshops in September and will be closing for some of the daytime opening sessions. We will still be opening for our evening sessions as usual & will confirm dates as soon as possible. Please check back here for details.

Answers to the most common questions :


1. My Photographs have bounced back, what do I do?

Sometimes photo's can bounce back to people for a variety of reasons. Lots of customers could be sending photo's at the same time, your files may be too big, or you may be trying to send too many at once. If you are sending photo's from work; check that they are not being blocked at your end, some companies stop their employees from using certain services.

Try sending them one at a time to our direct email address. If that fails, drop us an email and we will send you instructions of how to upload your photo's to an online area.

2. Have I left it too late to order?

Probably not. We have a Special Delivery Service for urgent orders. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. For more information on delivery and postage prices take a look at the shipping page.

Our standard service is Royal Mail First Class Parcels. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (posted Mon-Sat) but Royal Mail can take 1-3 days to deliver.

3. I want to have different names on my badges, is that okay?

Yes, every badge can be different and there is no minimum to order. We are a niche in the badge market and allow bulk multi-design; we provide badges to conferences for this reason.

4. I still want to chat about badge options, is that okay?

I am happy to take your call, or call you back on a UK landline number if you have left a message on the answerphone & have clearly and slowly said your telephone number.

5. How do I get my photo/image to you and is it suitable?

Our photo badge page has all the information you need on photo badges. It gives full details of our service and can tell you which photo's are suitable and what file types we accept. Lots of people phone and ask if they can use an old photo from their childhood. Yes, we can put old photo's onto a badge and have an example on the information page.

6. Can I post photographs to you?

Only if they are sent by recorded delivery. We advise that you do not send originals. We will scan your photo's on the day that they arrive & send designs to you by email. You need to provide an email address for this service. The photo scanning service is free but we will charge an additional postage fee if you need more than one standard size photo returned.

7. Can I request a change to one of the instant buy designs?

Yes, you can mix-n-match elements from most of our designs. (We may not be able to colour backgrounds on certain designs). Just let us know your requirements e.g. I'd like the text font from Hen Badge 01 to go with the image on Hen 03 and I want the words Hen Weekend rather than Hen Night. This is exactly the kind of change you can make. Simply email your requirments for a free preview.

8. Can I send you a cheque?

Yes. Please make cheques & postal orders payable to Mrs C. Pollock and send them by recorded delivery. The monies will need to clear (around 5 working days) before we can dispatch your order - unless you are a school or large organisation e.g. the NHS.

9. How much are your badges and can I get further discounts?

  • We can offer a personal service. 70% of our business is repeat custom.

What we can't offer is: factory made bulk orders of a single design, so if you are ordering more than 200 identical badges we recommend going to a factory badge shop. They will require you to have your own completed artwork to the right specs but for a fee they may arrange this for you.
