POSTAL TARRIFS Our postage charges are linked with Royal Mail prices and include your packaging & payment processing. Current prices can be found here DISPATCH Orders of 1-150 badges will be dispatched the following postal day if the order is paid for before 5pm (we post Monday to Saturday except UK Bank Holidays). Orders of 150+ badges will be slightly slower, so please contact us for dispatch estimates for that week. If you have ordered 15 or more badges your parcel will need to be signed for, but we can post to any address for you e.g. work. Please note that there will be no dispatches during shop closures. Any closures will be publicised on the online shop page at the top. STANDARD DELIVERY - UK We use UK first class post for 1-14 badges which arrives approximately 1-2 days after dispatch. 15+ badges go by first class recorded and arrive approximately 1-3 days after dispatch. Standard post is not a guaranteed service so please upgrade if your deadline is close or you have a large order. 15+ badges to a UK address will need a signature. STANDARD DELIVERY - EIRE We charge no extra to send to Eire by standard airmail. Badges arrive approximately 2-4 days after dispatch. The upgraded service is not guaranteed to arrive before a set deadline but we recommend paying extra for Airsure due to priority handling & for tracking purposes. SPECIAL DELIVERY - UK Only If your deadline is urgent we recommend the special delivery service as it is a fully trackable and guaranteed service. Your parcel will arrive the weekday after dispatch before 1pm. If you are in the centre of London, remote rural areas or the Channel Isles we recommend you give yourself an extra day for peace of mind, as they can on rare occasions be late. Special delivery will require a signature. We offer a Saturday Special Delivery before 1pm (Royal Mail now charge VAT & a surcharge on Saturday parcels so prices are from £4 extra). If your deadline is really urgent, Royal Mail offer a Before 9am express service to most areas of the UK for an extra charge. INTERNATIONAL POSTING We are happy to send international airmail anywhere in the world but can't guarantee airmail parcels. They take approximately 2-10 days depending on where in the world you are. We recommend using the International signed for or Airsure service as it is fully trackable through the UK side and partly trackable in most destination countries. Please contact us for a delivery price. WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PARCEL DOES NOT ARRIVE OR ARIVES LATE In the rare event that your standard first class or recorded first class parcel fails to arrive, please contact us after 6 postal days and we can arrange a new delivery. If you do not wish to have replacements we can return your money in full after 10 postal days have passed, if the parcel has still not arrived. 98% of missing parcels sent to work addresses are later found to be filed in the wrong place - so please check your office and post room for a purple parcel (or silver for special delivery). If your special delivery parcel fails to arrive within 2 postal days of dispatch we will return monnies in full or send out free replacements. We can also provide all receipts if you wish to claim a refund on postage from Royal Mail. If you wish replacements to get to you quicker than standard post you will be liable for any additonal upgrade if you did not use the express postal option with your original order. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address given, you will be liable for any costs involved in sending out replacements. If you receive a 'while you were out' card left by your postman and fail to collect your parcel from your local depot, you will be liable for any costs involved in sending replacements. Please be aware that it can often take weeks for parcels to be returned to us but we can repost them (most often free of charge) if you contact us. Please be aware that we have no control over parcels once they leave here, but we will do our very best to help you in any way that we can. WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES DAMAGED We wrap the badges really well. However, on very rare occasions they have been damaged in transit due to heavy items being stacked on top of them or parcels being trampled on. 99% of damaged parcels have had a failed signed for delivery e.g. the customer was not in, so they were taken back to the customers local depot. We always recommend proving an alternative address for delivery (by email) if you know you will not be home to sign. This applies to all orders of 15 or more badges & special delivery. We will of course replace any badges damaged in transit but ask that you give us enough warning to get replacements out to you in time. Please keep broken badges for 28 days in case we need you to return them to us for analysis (in a pre-paid envelope).
