Here are the answers to some common questions:

Q1: I do not like the design you have emailed - can it be altered? We are happy to change the design at any point before you have made payment. Unless you have used our online quickshop - our designs samples are sent by email with no obligation to buy.

Q2: I am not happy paying for goods online - is it safe? We use Paypal - the same as eBay. We do not store any of your financial details. Your payment minus a fee gets transferred to our account by Paypal - you are on their payment site not ours.

Q3: Can I pay using cash or cheque? We no longer accept cash on collection due to some customers failing to turn up but we still allow collections after online payment is made. If you pay by personal cheque, then funds must clear before badges are posted out to you (unless you are a council or school, we will dispatch upon receipt of a cheque or purchase order form but can only dispatch to the council/school address). ALL Cheques & Purchase Orders must be made payable to 'Mrs C. Pollock'.

Q4: Do you take orders over the phone? No. We prefer all orders to be by email or through the shop; so that there are no errors. Feel free to ring and discuss your order in person. See our contact page. We also do not take payment over the phone for card protection reasons.

Q5: Can I submit my own image for a badge? As long as it is not copyrighted material then we can put images or photographs onto a badge for you.

Q6: What size are your badges? We use specialist machinery and supply 25mm, 38mm, 58mm & 77mm circular badges. We hand cut and press all of our badges for a professional quality finish. We use Kodak print machines and Epson high density black laser printers for the best finish. All of our badges have a clear plastic cover layer. Apart from the cover, our badges are made from recycled plastic and aluminum here in the UK.

Q7: What age are your badges suitable for? 3-99 years. We can offer baby safe badges with slide clips for our 58mm badges but recommend that children are at least 36months before having any badge or item attached to their clothing without supervision.
