Remember that our design service is completely free. You can always make a rough mock-up of a design for us to make, or describe ideas in an email to us. Our design service is open Mon-Fri, this is also the same service for previews of customers own designs. We will send you a preview for you to check the artwork and alignment.

ARTWORK GUIDE:

A = The front of the badge i.e. your badge face. B = This is called the bleed area and is the sides of your badge. Extend Your background to cover the sides of your badge. C = This line is just for example. Do NOT add a circle line around the badge face as it will be visible on your badge due to the way the sides curve.

ARTWORK SIZES FOR ADVANCED USERS:

72dpi is okay for web graphics but for printing we prefer 100 dpi for general users or 200dpi for commercial customers

25mm badge - badge face 25mm - bleed area approx 35mm
38mm badge - badge face 38mm - bleed area approx 45mm (we can resize your artwork at our end if it is larger)
58mm badge - badge face 58mm - bleed area approx 64mm
77mm badge - badge face 70mm - bleed area approx 80cm

Black Text/Image badges can be high density black laser printed onto: White, Ivory, Yellow, Golden Yellow, Mid Orange, Mid Red, Pale Pink, Mid Pink, Neon Pink, Fuchsia Pink, Neon Green, Mid Green, Dark Green, Sky Blue, Metallic Pearl Shine, Metallic Champagne Shine, Metallic Silver, Metallic Gold. Please check that we have your colour in stock when making your initial request if you are ordering in bulk.

DIGITAL ART ON BADGES:

We can put your artwork & images onto a badge (do not send copyrighted images). You can email the image to us and we will get back to you with a preview of what that would look like on a badge. WE CAN NOT PRINT IMAGES FOUND ON THE INTERNET OR FROM BOOKS unless you have permission to use the image. We can only print celebrity photo's if you have taken the picture yourself e.g. a fan photo of yourself stood next to the celebrity.

DRAWINGS ON BADGES:

We can put drawings onto a badge. You can email the image to us. We can electronically send you a template [Word Document] to use as a size guide if needed. We recommend using colouring pens rather than pencil or crayon.
