1. Photo badges can NOT be bought instantly, you have to
choose from a set of free samples we will email to you.
2. No payment is needed until AFTER you have approved your
free designs

4. A simple .jpg (photo file format that camera's &
computers use) is the best format to send in. You can also send
them as a .bmp or a .tiff. Please do not send them in Word or as
a PDF unless you have no other alternative.
5. Do not crop/cut your photo's down to size as we like
the originals to work with. If you only want one person on the badge
just specify the person e.g. on photo called 'ben1.jpg' please just
use 'the boy on the right'.

6. For the best results, please send photos
with space between people. In the image above we could cut out the
boy as the whole of him is visible but the girl would have part
of her head missing.
7. We offer a free scanning service for customers
with no access to photo's on a computer. Please email
for details.
8. Designs take approx 1-24 hours Mon-Fri.
Multiple Photo's/Names can take longer, so please allow up to 36
hours.
9. Please decide on which photo to send before
requesting designs, this will avoid the longer multi-photo queues.
10. Photo badges can't have any metallic or
true neon colours on them, but are printed in full Kodak colour.
