BADGE CHOICES:

If you have spotted a badge that you like in our instant buy section of the shop, all you have to do is add it to the cart with the personalisation details. We will make it up as per your instructions. Personalising the badges costs no extra, as it is part of our free design service.

If you would like a free custom design, just contact us by email makeabadge@me.com. The service is completly free but there is a queue system (during our opening times) which can be 24 hours or longer. If you want a photo badge, you must tell us the design style you would like - see photo badges. If you are submitting your own completed artwork, please make sure you have followed the submission guidelines.

You can add any combination of badges into your shopping cart. For example, you might want a birthday badge as well as some hen night badges. Lots of people order a mix of badges to take advantage of our shopping discounts. You can even come in for a custom design, and then add other badges at the checkout.

PAYMENT:

We prefer instant online payment using one of the card or PayPal method's above. We do not get to see any of your financial details, but your address details will be sent to us by the online shopping cart and the secure online bank.

If you pay by personal cheque or eCheque, then funds must clear before badges are posted out to you (unless you are a council or school). It takes approx. 4-5 days for a personal written cheque to clear and around 10 days for a PayPal eCheque. To pay by cheque just use the shopping cart in the normal way, but select the 'pay by cheque' button at the checkout. Please remember that written cheques must be made out to C. Pollock - the business owner.

We do not take payment over the phone or by email for YOUR protection. We have a strong payment policy to prevent online fraud, so please do not send your card details.

We no longer accept cash on collection due to some customers failing to turn up, but we still allow collections after online payment is made. There is a small fee to cover the online charge.
