1. SUBMITTING COMPLETED ARTWORK

Don't worry too much about what size your artwork is, but for best results please make sure it is not too small. We will email to tell you of any problems with your submitted artwork e.g. there is no bleed area, so don't worry if you are unsure. Just follow the instructions below to get a good result. The bigger the bleed area the better, as we will get rid of any excess when we set-up your design onto the print templates.

Accepted Files - PNG, TIFF or PDF. (NOT Word or Powerpoint)

File Size - No larger than 300dpi or 2000 pixels square, but no smaller than 72dpi.

Email makeabadge@me.com and let us know the amount of badges needed and if you have a deadline. Attach the file directly to the email (not in Word or Powerpoint). Please allow up to 24 hours for an approval screenshot (during our opening hours) or longer if you have sent a lot of images, as each design is set up onto our print templates so that you can see exactly what you will be buying.

2. SUBMITTING PHOTO'S

For the best results send in whole photographs (not cut/cropped down versions). Try to find photo's where the person is not covered up by someone else or disappearing off the edge of the photo. If you have a special photo that does not meet the criteria we will try our best for you.

3. SUBMITTING LOGO'S AND OTHER IMAGES

We can put your logo and/or image onto a badge along with any other text. In some cases (depending on your file quality and the image) we can even add a coloured background. Make sure you send a good quality version of the logo as a TIFF, PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF and please make sure you have permission to use the image.

We can't add someone else's logo onto your badges for copyright reasons unless you have special permission e.g. you are raising funds for them, or are contracted to work on their advertising. We also can't add characters from books, tv and films by law.

Please allow up to 24 hours for an approval screenshot (during our opening hours) for a single image, but longer for multiple submissions. If you have a close deadline please request special delivery, and we will do our best to express queue your design request.
